• No Physical Returns

Due to food safety regulations, cookies and other baked goods cannot be returned once picked up or delivered.

• Eligible for Refund / Replacement

A bakery may refund or remake an order if:

1. Order was incorrect (wrong flavour, missing items, wrong quantity)
2. Visible damage on arrival (melted, smashed, spoiled)
3. Order not delivered on time for an event.
4. Product quality defect (burnt, raw, stale on arrival)

• Not Eligible

No Refund if:

1. Customer changed mind.
2. Didn't like taste / texture (unless it's clearly defective)
3. Improper storage after pickup (left in heat, fridge, etc.)
4. Event cancelled or plans changed.

• Timelines for Claims

Customers typically must contact the bakery within 24 - 48 hours with:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

1. Order number
2. Photos (for damages)
3. Clear video while opening the package
4. Proof of purchase

• Pickup / Delivery Responsibility

1. Once goods are handed off, responsibility usually transfers to buyer
2. For delivery, bakery is responsible until drop-off but not after verified delivery

Store in airtight box
