Andhra Special Gongura Pickle is a traditional delicacy from Andhra Pradesh, celebrated for its bold, tangy, and spicy flavour. It is made from fresh gongura (sorrel) leaves, carefully cleaned and cooked to preserve their natural sourness. The leaves are blended with dry red chillies, red chilli powder, and a selection of aromatic mixed spices that give the pickle its signature heat and depth of flavour. Groundnut oil is used to enhance taste, aroma, and shelf life, resulting in an authentic, homemade-style pickle that pairs perfectly with steamed rice, ghee, and traditional South Indian meals.

No Physical Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all food items are non-returnable once they have been picked up or delivered.
This includes baked goods, chocolates, homemade pickles, and ready-to-eat snacks.

Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be offered if:

  • The order was incorrect (wrong item, flavour, or quantity)

  • Items were damaged, spoiled, leaked, melted, stale, undercooked, or overcooked at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • There is a clear quality or preparation defect.

  • The order was not ready or delivered as agreed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The customer changes their mind.

  • Taste, spice level, or texture preference dissatisfaction (unless clearly defective)

  • Improper storage after pickup or delivery
    (e.g., pickles not refrigerated as instructed, snacks exposed to moisture or heat)

  • Event cancellation or change of plans

  • Damage or spoilage occurs after pickup or confirmed delivery

Claim Timeline

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order details

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)

Custom, Bulk & Special Orders

  • Custom, bulk, festive, or made-to-order items require full payment or a non-refundable deposit.

  • Payments are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

  • Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfil the order as agreed.

Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order is picked up.

  • For delivery orders, responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery.

All sales are final. Due to food safety regulations, baked goods, chocolates, homemade pickles, and snacks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a possible refund or replacement.
