1. No Physical Returns

Due to food safety regulations, cookies and other baked goods cannot be returned once picked up or delivered.

2. Eligible for Refund / Replacement

A bakery may refund or remake an order if:

  • Order was incorrect (wrong flavour, missing items, wrong quantity)

  • Visible damage on arrival (melted, smashed, spoiled)

  • Order not delivered on time for an event.

  • Product quality defect (burnt, raw, stale on arrival)

3. Not Eligible

No refund if:

  • The customer changed their mind.

  • Didn't like taste/texture (unless it's clearly defective)

  • Improper storage after pickup (left in heat, fridge, etc.)

  • Event cancelled, or plans changed

4. Timeline for Claims

Customers typically must contact the bakery within 24–48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos (for damages)

  • Proof of purchase

5. Custom Orders

For decorated or themed cookies:

  • Non-refundable deposits (usually 25–50%)

  • Full payment is often due before production.

  • Refund only if the bakery fails to produce the order or misses the event date

6. Pickup / Delivery Responsibility

  • Once goods are handed off, responsibility usually transfers to the buyer.

  • For delivery, the bakery is responsible until drop-off—but not after verified delivery.

Due to food safety regulations, baked goods cannot be returned once delivered or picked up.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for incorrect items, damaged products, or quality concerns.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and are only refundable if we fail to fulfil the order.
