1. No Physical Returns
For health and safety reasons, chocolates cannot be returned once they have been picked up or delivered.
2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be offered if:

Chocolates arrived damaged, melted, or bloomed at the time of delivery/pickup.

5. Custom & Seasonal Chocolates
For custom-moulded, branded, or themed chocolates:

Non-refundable deposits may be required.

Full payment is typically due before production.

6. Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the chocolates are picked up.

For delivery orders, responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery
Due to food safety regulations, chocolates cannot be returned once picked up or delivered.
