1. No Physical Returns

For health and safety reasons, chocolates cannot be returned once they have been picked up or delivered.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be offered if:

  • Order was incorrect (wrong items, flavours, or quantities)

  • Chocolates arrived damaged, melted, or bloomed at the time of delivery/pickup.

  • Quality defects (stale, off taste, improper tempering)

  • The order was not ready or delivered as agreed

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Customer changes mind

  • Taste preference dissatisfaction (unless clearly defective)

  • Improper storage after pickup (exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture)

  • Event cancellation or scheduling changes

  • Delay or damage caused by the customer-provided delivery service

4. Claim Timeline

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • Order details

5. Custom & Seasonal Chocolates

For custom-moulded, branded, or themed chocolates:

  • Non-refundable deposits may be required.

  • Full payment is typically due before production.

  • Refunds only if we are unable to fulfil the order as agreed

6. Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the chocolates are picked up.

  • For delivery orders, responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery

Due to food safety regulations, chocolates cannot be returned once picked up or delivered.
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours for a possible refund or replacement.
Custom and seasonal chocolate orders require a non-refundable deposit and are refundable only if we fail to fulfil the order.
